• Website usage: anonymous visitor and session identifiers, pages, acquisition source, country or region inferred from IP, device platform, and visit duration.
• Session replay: page interactions used to improve the website. Form inputs are masked by default, and recordings are not intended to collect passwords or payment details.
• Download and version data: download clicks, target platform, and software version.
• Feedback or support information you submit.

The current service does not store client account, team, proxy, browser-environment, or order data.

2. Purposes

We use information to understand traffic, diagnose faults, improve downloads, prevent abuse, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Retention and Sharing

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed. We may share the minimum required information with contracted cloud, analytics, email, or infrastructure providers, or disclose it where legally required.
