The download experience currently shown on the VidGetter website does not create orders through this server. If paid software, subscriptions, or add-ons are offered later, the checkout page and order terms will state the price, trial, refund window, and eligibility rules.

1. Requests

Where a purchase is eligible, contact official support within the stated period and provide the order number, purchase email, proof of payment, and reason. Duplicate, abusive, high-consumption, or Terms-violating requests may be denied.

2. Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider, and non-refundable provider fees may be deducted where lawful.
